Shots from the 2010 Ancient City Classic, held in St Augustine, FL on May 15, are up on the site.
I purchased a new medium-range lens and while the shots came out a bit dark, overall I am quite pleased with it. My only gripe: it zooms backwards (e.g. Nikon style) and that crossed me up all morning.
The venue has pleasing architecture and I’d rather hoped there would be an opportunity for a shoot outside, but… didn’t happen.

The 2010 Mid-Florida Muscle Classic will be held at Howard Middle School in downtown Orlando due to construction at Dr Phillips High.
The show will take place on June 19.
And now, some Bad Poetry© based on a dinner at EPCOT’s San Angel Inn (which is very dark, if you’ve never been, or even if you have).
