Thank goodness for the holiday break. I finished the shots from the July shoot with Sherry and got them up on her page. Hope you enjoy.

Shots from the 2011 All-South, held November 5th in St Augustine, FL,are up on the site.
This is maybe the most consistent color balance I’ve ever gotten from a show, despite being seated somewhat left of center stage and a slight lack of light to stage right (must remember to sit closer to the darker side to compensate). As usual Pete and Gene put on a wonderful show which flowed smoothly start to finish and attracted top-conditioned athletes.
This closes out the year for me; the Nationals are being held in Miami this year but that show is just too darn big for me to cover properly, plus the holidays are almost upon us and dang it, I am just hopping from one project to the next.
I hope you enjoy seeing the shots as much as I enjoy taking them, and I would love to hear from you with any praise or criticism, or just to say “hi”.
Athena’s page has been updated with new shots from June (okay, there’s no question about it: I’ve been busy).
But the color is spectacular and isn’t her haircut cute? Athena is about the easiest person I’ve ever been privileged to work with. Enjoy.
Face it, you really don’t know if the light goes out when you close the fridge door. Sometimes maybe it looks like it does, but who says it doesn’t come back on a second later?
Because of this uncertainty, you must understand that the fridge light is both on and off when the door is closed. This is known as Schrödinger’s Catsup.
Was at EPCOT the other day and noted a gaggle of young men, who may have been partially sober, wearing plastic Viking helms, the kind with the antlers sticking up.
I think I have discovered a graceful way of dealing with the sagging headliner in my Ford Ranger.
